How Emma Griffiths Art Minimises Environmental Impact

At Emma Griffiths Art, the beauty of the natural world is at the heart of what I create. The landscapes, seascapes, and natural elements that inspire my work are not just subjects on canvas—they are reminders of the delicate balance we must protect. That’s why sustainability is a guiding principle in how I operate, from the materials I use to the partnerships I form.

A Tree for Every Order

One of the ways I give back is by planting a tree for every order placed. Through my partnership with Ecologi, the business contributes to global reforestation efforts, making sure that each piece of art sold directly helps restore the environment. With every tree, I hope to give back to the woodland, landscapes and coastal areas that inspire so much of my work.

Recycled and Recyclable Materials

Wherever possible, I use recycled and recyclable materials for both supplies and packaging. My goal is to minimise waste and reduce reliance on new resources. By carefully selecting materials that can either be reused or easily recycled, I help reduce the environmental footprint of my studio’s operations.

Sustainable Printing Practices

When it comes to printed materials, sustainability is key. All my prints and promotional materials are produced on sustainably sourced or recycled paperstocks. In addition, water-based eco inks are used - these are non-toxic and far kinder to the environment than traditional ink options.

Working with Like-Minded Suppliers

I am selective about who I work with, ensuring that my suppliers align with my values and commitment to sustainability. I collaborate with those who share my vision for a greener future, using ethical sourcing, sustainable production methods, and transparency in their environmental practices.
